RISE

Responsive Industry Support Ecosystem

The RISE Program connects industry with learners pursuing careers in emerging fields like Data Science, AI, Cybersecurity, and Sustainability. It includes three mentorship stages: RISE Base Camp, where learners meet professionals in group sessions; RISE Climb, which focuses on individual growth through mentorship and professional development; and RISE Team, offering small-group mentorship for advanced learners. Learners who complete the program can showcase their achievements at the annual RISE Summit.

PATH

Professional Advancement Through Hands-On Learning

The PATH certificate integrates industry-driven, work-based learning into the classroom to help learners develop in-demand skills and professional networks. Throughout the program, learners engage with the RISE Program for mentorship and professional development. Industry professionals support PATH by mentoring students, shaping learning modules, and providing internship opportunities.

Experiential Learning

CECS works closely with industry professionals from a variety of sectors and industries to provide students with hands-on learning opportunities through project-based learning, paid, for-credit internships, capstone projects, and research opportunities.
