He has performed and managed large and complicated technology assessments, EMR implementations, security audits, and hundreds of contract negotiations for some of the most sophisticated hospital systems in the country. Barry is also a Cyber Threat Analyst who dedicates extensive hours to surveilling and engaging with subversive cyber actors.
