Dr. Yates is an advisor, consultant, and educator with a multidisciplinary background spanning engineering, psychology, organizational development, and entrepreneurship. At UTK, she is part-time faculty, teaching in Psychology & Neuroscience, a coach and mentor in the Tickle IBEP program, serves the HBC EMBA and ProMBA programs, and is a start up coach in the Anderson Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation. She is excited to be affiliated with CECS.
With career experience in engineering, manufacturing, and executive leadership roles, Dr. Yates brings a holistic systems-focused perspective to her teaching and work. In her private practice, she supports individuals and entrepreneurs, teams, and organizations in navigating change, strengthening communication, and fostering personal and professional growth.
