Jennifer Schatz Bartlett is Associate Dean for Engagement, Learning, and Public Services at the University of Tennessee Knoxville Libraries, leading a portfolio spanning liaison programs, public services, data and digital scholarship, immersive spaces and technologies, and teaching and learning. She previously served as Oral History Librarian and Interim Associate Dean for Teaching, Learning, and Research at the University of Kentucky Libraries. She co-edits Practical Academic Librarianship and co-edited Libraries That Learn (ALA Editions, 2019) and is author of Knowledge Management: A Practical Guide for Librarians (Rowman & Littlefield, 2021). She holds master’s degrees from Indiana University and Murray State University.
