Rashida Ricks serves as Vice President of Strategic Engagement and Business Operations at CGI Federal. In this role she leads a dynamic team committed to using a human centered, data-driven approach to advance the company’s business objectives. Under her guidance, the team works across the organization to improve operational efficiency and the employee experience using business intelligence and integrated frameworks. This approach not only enhances successful client and community interactions, it also fosters a culture of inclusion at CGI Federal.
With a career that spans over 20 years, Rashida has successfully unlocked program gaps, identified operating efficiencies and implemented innovative solutions that incorporate people, processes and technology. Rashida has consistently demonstrated strong business acumen throughout her career, intentionally approaching all aspects of the business with an inclusive lens.
As an advocate and mentor within local communities, Rashida serves on the Board of Directors for Community Transformation Partners, a non-profit focusing on public health, holistic wellness, and economic mobility. She also serves on the Diverse by Design Advisory Board for Per Scholas, an organization committed to advancing economic equity through offering tuition-free IT training and connecting skilled talent to leading businesses.
