Dr. Tachaka Hollins is the Assistant Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs at the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR). In this capacity, she provides strategic leadership and guidance to nearly 40 community and technical colleges across the state. She advances academic and workforce development initiatives to ensure Tennessee’s institutions can meet the evolving needs of students and the labor market.
