Timothy Munyon is head of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at UT Knoxville’s Haslam College of Business, where he is also the Ergen Professor in Business and Janet and Jeff Davis Faculty Fellow. His teaching and research focus on organizational behavior, human resource management, and employee, entrepreneur, and executive behavior, and he has received numerous awards for teaching and student mentorship. He also co-directs the Consortium for Social Enterprise Effectiveness and co-founded Red Castle Human Capital, a workforce analytics consultancy, bringing extensive academic and industry experience to his work.
